This cake is easier and faster than traditional Swiss roll cake and as delicious. Only using a few main ingredients, you can easily make this from scratch. Fluffy and light, this cake will melt in your mouth!

4 Eggs
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
4 tablespoons Flour
8/12 inch sheet pan (20x30 cm)
Bake in preheated oven at 360F (180C) for 12 minutes
Custard Cream:
2 cups Milk (500ml)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
6 Egg Yolks
2/3 cup Sugar (135g)
1/4 cup Cornstarch (37g)
1 tablespoon Butter, cold
Powdered Sugar and Ground Cinnamon for decoration (optional)
