welcome to my orientation week as a social science soph! faculty sophs are responsible for facilitating oweek events and help navigate frosh through their first year. this year we had 1 week of training leading up to oweek aka nweek (because it's the letter before 'o' lol). overall it was quite exhausting but i found it to be a rewarding experience so i would definitely recommend applying to be one next year! I have soo much respect for all sophs they rlly do the most and im so thankful to have had this opportunity :’) hope you enjoy xoxo
