Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 150 grams of mushrooms.
Fry in olive oil until cooked through.
Finely chop the blue onion.
Finely chop a bunch of parsley.
300 grams of canned beans, 150 grams of canned corn.
Chop 3 boiled eggs.
50 ml olive oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon each of salt, honey and lemon juice.
Mix everything well and let stand for 10 minutes.
