In this video you'll see some of the amazing Soviet built hydrofoils in service in 2022 between Saranda in Albania and Corfu in Greece.
These boats were originally built at Poti Shipyard in Georgia around 1981, originally going to Greece. They are now registered in Durrës, Albania and operate a regular service between Sarandë and Corfu.
I had the pleasure of travelling in С-711 "Santa" in October 2022 and in this video you'll see some of these boats travelling at speed, plus some interior footage of Santa.
