Recipe
Corn meal (coarse) 1,1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Fine grated coconut 1/2 cup
Large eggs 3 nos
Sugar 1 cup
Vegetable Oil 1 cup
Double cream 1 cup
Baking powber 1 spoon (aprox 14 grms)
Guava jam to glaze the cake (available on amazon)
Baking time and temperature
170C
50-60 min
Baking time depends on size of your tin and amount of recipe you make
Small tin less time
Large tin more time

The recipe is very straight forward (simple)
I have added coconut to the recipe and it did make a difference. You can make this cake #glutenfree just replace the flour with corn meal.
