While living overseas I got to experience my fair share of unique foods and meat cotton candy is one of them. Meat floss (肉鬆) is a savory snack that was a staple during my time there, and for the first time I tried cooking it for myself. Turns out turning meat into cotton candy isn’t easy, but it certainly was a fun one!
