One of the most delicious and finger licking frosting recipe that is a must try for all those who are not so fond of buttercreams and the buttery flavour of frostings. We are going to make use of fresh strawberries in this making of strawberry icing. Stabilized strawberry whipped cream is easier to make if follow the instructions as it is. I would suggest to use any non-dairy whipping cream with 36% or more fat contents to get the best result. A delicious strawberry frosting without butter.

INGREDIENTS
Fresh Strawberries - 1/2 cup
Caster Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Whipping Cream - 1/2 cup
Icing Sugar - 2 tbsp
Corn Flour/ Stabilizer (optional) - 1 tbsp

3 main steps to make stabilized strawberry whipped cream are:
1- Grind strawberries and cook the puree.
2- Make whipped cream in a mixer.
3- Mixing cold strawberry puree with whipped cream in the right way.
