I used NitroGrow grass seeds for this lawn and it grew extremity fast. its a Canadian made product but I'm sure you can find very similar products at any home depot or lows near you in the US as well. make sure not to waste your money on cheap grass seed , good quality seeds makes all the difference. here is a link to the seed bag that i used.:
