This video is the third one in the ongoing series of setting up a quail pen. In this video I am showing you how to make a custom designed quail feeder. there are many feeders available in the market but nothing comes closer to what I have made here.
Quails generally eat many kinds of grains, insects and sprouts. They forage all this in the wild. But when in captivity, we need to provide them the nutrition they required. The quail food consist of a variety of grains, ground in a mill to a grainy consistency which the quails can swallow. In the mix, there is also dry fish powder and calcium.
when quails eat, they bury their head into the food and wiggle too much and a lot of food gets spilled out and gets wasted.
This feeder ensure that no food is wasted. It is easy to access the feeder, clean it whenever necessary, keep it filled and quails will never go hungry or waste food.

I have already answered most of the doubts you may get. Believe me, All of this started out as an experiment. But eventually, I decided to make this process user friendly and share my ideas with every one.
