Exploring a derelict abandoned trailer park in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. I explored abandoned trailers and the structure onsite. It has been abandoned since around early 2018 - roughly a year before this upload. According to the county tax appraiser website, the holding company that currently owns the land purchased the trailer park in 2014 with the sale and deed transfer being finalized in 2016. They operated the trailer park for a short period while winding it down. They backfilled the pool in June of 2017 and capped off the water to the lots in February 2018. There is still one unit left, but it appears they have an eviction notice. They are likely waiting for the last residents to clear out before going into full-scale demolition unless the residents have already left - I haven't seen any signs of life there, so it's possible the holding company has run out of funds to complete the demolition. The park and buildings were built in the late 1940s with the ownership changing hands several times up to this point.
