NABEEZ (ﷺ ) is a traditional Islamic drink made by soaking dates or raisins in water overnight. It's believed to have health benefits and is considered a sunnah (recommended practice) in Islam.

Ingredients:

1 cup of dates or raisins (you can use either or a combination of both)
4 cups of water (filtered or spring water is preferable)
Instructions:

Wash the dates or raisins thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
If you are using dates, remove the pits to allow them to release their flavor more effectively during soaking.
Place the washed and pitted dates or raisins in a clean container or a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Pour the 4 cups of water over the dates or raisins, ensuring they are fully submerged.
Close the container or jar tightly to prevent any contamination and to preserve the flavors.
Let the mixture soak for at least 8 to 12 hours, preferably overnight, at room temperature. During this time, the water will absorb the nutrients and flavors from the dates or raisins, resulting in a nutritious and delicious drink.
After the soaking period, strain the liquid into another clean container, separating the dates or raisins from the liquid.
Your Nabeez drink is now ready to be enjoyed! You can serve it chilled or at room temperature, based on your preference.
Remember to consume the Nabeez within a day or two to avoid any spoilage. This refreshing and nutritious drink is not only part of Islamic tradition but is also a healthy way to stay hydrated and benefit from the nutrients of dates or raisins.
