I sat down for a business lunch with Hannah Hammond, a 27 year old real estate phenom in Scottsdale, Arizona, who coincidentally I met while filming one of my latest videos at Scottsdale Fashion Center (which I'll drop a link for down below) where I was asking mall-goers how they would make $10k if they only had a week to do it. She was the only person who right away with no hesitation said, "Sell real estate." Come to find out, she owns her own real estate brokerage, and loves to specialize in commercial real estate, which really got me thinking that maybe we need to have a more lengthy conversation about how we can find ways to work together, as I've always been looking for a way to wiggle my way into wholesaling commercial real estate.

Bobby came with to film and record the entire lunch, and it turns out her story of how she got to where she is today is super inspiring, and I'm really stoked for you guys to hear it!
