Ingredients for No Kneed Bread:
Sift 500 g wheat flour through a sieve.

Add 9 g dry yeast.
9 grams of salt.
Add 370 g warm water.
Mix well.
Simply knead the dough in a bowl.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
This recipe is very simple because you don't need to knead the dough.

Heat the pan in the oven at 240°C for 15 minutes.
The dough has risen well.
Put the dough on the table.
Simply fold the dough 3-4 times as I show.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise for 15 minutes.

Put the bread in the hot pot.
Make an incision in the dough with a knife.
Cover and bake in a hot pan at 240°C (465°F) for 30 minutes.
Then remove the lid, lower the temperature to 200°C (392°F) and bake for another 15 minutes.
Cool the bread completely.
Very nice and tasty bread!
