Dave is a show written, produced by, and starring Dave Burd (AKA Lil Dicky). Season 1 of Dave is a semi-fictional retelling of his real life and career. I wanted to share my review, and encourage you to watch this brilliant show, that you might have written off as simply being another simple sitcom starring a comedian on the rise.
Dave starts off raunchy, and filled with the humor you'd expect from Lil Dicky. But halfway through it grows into SO much more, and includes some emotional highs and lows that blew me away.
