In 1998, the Umbrella Corporation had pioneered the methods of researching Bio-Organic Weapons, and established safety precautions early on. This took the form of creating their own private military organization known as the U.B.C.S., or Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. To contain viral outbreaks, Umbrella armed the U.B.C.S. with state of the art weaponry, namely, the Colt M4-A1 Carbine built with a Knights Armament Rail Interface System to equip tactical accessories. In this video, we discuss the history of the U.B.C.S. and the components equipped onto their modular weapon of choice.
