From new AI features to Android updates, Google had a lot to share during this year’s I/O. We got a look at Google’s Project Astra, a multimodal AI assistant that the company hopes will become a do-everything virtual assistant. And Veo: Google’s answer to OpenAI’s Sora, a new generative AI model that can output 1080p video. Plus, a look at Gemini 1.5 Flash, the new, lighter than Gemini Pro, multimodal model optimized for “narrow, high-frequency, low-latency tasks." Also, using on-device Gemini Nano AI smarts, Google says Android phones will be able to help you avoid scam calls by looking out for red flags. Here’s everything you missed. #Google #GoogleIO #Technology
