Extending the C drive on a Windows computer can be done in several ways, depending on the existing partition layout and available space on your hard drive
Backup Data: Before modifying partitions, it's essential to backup important data to prevent data loss.
Open Disk Management: Right-click on the Start button and select "Disk Management."
Shrink Another Volume: If there's no unallocated space next to the C drive, you may need to shrink another volume. Right-click on the partition you want to shrink and choose "Shrink Volume."
Extend C Drive: Right-click on the C drive and select "Extend Volume." Follow the wizard to allocate the unallocated space to the C drive.
