The Beginner's Mind Poem points beyond the dualistic mind to the highest wisdom of the enlightened mind. Sometimes it is referred to as the "heart-mind" wisdom, or "beginners mind". A mind with true faith is a "don't know" mind. "The Great Way" is attributed to the third Chinese Chan Patriarch Jianzhi Sengcan.
