The 2022 Subaru BRZ slash Toyota GR86 are both landing in showrooms here in Australia with pricing hovering around the $35,000 to $40,000 mark, in Australian dollars obviously, but the problem is, both cars are in very short supply, which got us thinking.

For what the new BRZ and GR86 cost brand new, what can you buy on the used market right now for a similar amount of money, that offers the same front engined rear wheel drive platform wrapped in a coupe style body?

Well it turns out there are loads of options and at the end of this video, we want to know which of these you’d buy or would you still go with the new Toyobaru or would you go with something completely different, like a hot hatch of some sort?
