2023 Housing Market Update

In 2022 we saw almost a full year of rate hikes, dropping housing sales numbers and a falling stock market. And on February 1st, 2023 the Federal Reserve just did another rate hike. Does this mean the mortgage interest rates are going to go up more? Will this bring home prices down? So in today’s video I will shed light on the FED’s future policies, the current economic condition and how this will impact the housing market in the coming months.
