Emma Paulson marks a milestone at The Miller Group as the first female Plant Manager. Managing and building up the East Toronto Concrete Plant in Scarborough provided Emma the opportunity to be part of a bigger growth strategy for the company. As a Miller Hero, she encourages other women to explore their potential in the construction industry.
