Born on the Ocean World of Talassar, as Captain of the 2nd Company and Master of the Watch Cato Sicarius earned a reputation as among the most venerated and heroic figures of the Ultramarines Chapter's history.

Fighting at the side of the returning Avenging Son: Roboute Guilliman, though cast into the roiling tides of the Immaterium, the Duke of Talassar returned to his kin once more to serve as the leader of the Victrx Guard and most trusted Lieutenant of the Lord of Ultramar.
