This reading of Stoker's novel was released in the UK on cassette by the BBC in the early 1990s, and while it was never broadcast on Radio 4 (to my knowledge), I am assured by an overseas listener that it was broadcast on the BBC World Service. This recording is taken from my old cassette copy so it's a bit imperfect - apologies - but it should still be listenable.

This channel is about ghost and horror stories on British radio, primarily (but not exclusively) those broadcast at Christmas. If you're interested to know more about the century-long history of ghost and horror stories broadcast at Christmas on British television and radio, you might like to check out HOLLY WRAITHS (and its companion volume HOLLY TERRORS), an A-Z guide available in paperback and ebook from Lulu.com.
