Meet John, an automotive painter at Stuart’s Paint & Body. His upbringing around drag racing sparked a lifelong passion. He painted his first hot rod, a '49 Ford pickup, at 15, cruising around Garland, Texas, in it. Since then, he's maintained a penchant for similar rides. On this day, he rolled up to Stuart's in a '36' Ford Tudor with a chop-top powered by a General Motors ZZ4 crate motor. Built to endure and a joy to drive, this hot rod epitomizes John's love for classic cars.
