Just in time for easter the "Air" is ready!
The 2nd movement of my first symphony.
My intention is to write a symphony in four movements, in which each movement represents one of the four elements earth, air, water and fire. This is why I gave the symphony the additional name "Elements".
The piece should describe the elements character and nature like a symphonic poem.
This is the 2nd movement and represents the element "air". In opposite to the earth the themes are light hearted and very playful. A lot of chromatic runs represents the wind playing with dry leaves getting higher and higher. Changing the feeling from 3/4, 6/8 and 3/2 bars, key changes and different sounding parts show the indecision of the element air. And last but not least the destroying force of a hurricane.

The audio directly comes from MuseScore 4 using MuseSounds with only a view EQs added directly in the MuseScore mixer but with no other external effects.
