“Paradise Discovered: The Unbreakable Virgin Islanders” took home top honors for best documentary at the 13th annual Caribbean Tales International Film Festival in Toronto. The film was screened on September 13th, marking the 17th stop on a global tour acclaimed journalist and filmmaker Peter Bailey has embarked on to advocate on behalf of his native US Virgin Islands after surviving both hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.
