The M1 is perhaps the most legendary of BMWs.. but oddly it has very little German in it.. it was designed by Lamborghini and made by other Italian companies using the legendary BMW M88 3.5L Inline Six. Today I drive one and find out if it also drives like an Italian supercar.. or if the German heritage has managed to shine through!
