Cheese Garlic Potato Pide
Dough
1-1/2 tsp of active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm water
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour or bread flour
1 tsp salt + 1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp olive oil/vegetable oil
2 medium potatoes, boiled.
Salt, pepper, garlic, chili, follow your taste.
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for the filling
1 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Indonesian
Pide Kentang Bawang Putih Keju
1-1 / 2 sdt ragi kering aktif
1 sdt gula pasir
125ml (1/2 cangkir) air hangat
250g (2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna atau tepung roti
1 sdt garam + 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
3 sdm minyak zaitun / minyak sayur
2 kentang ukuran sedang, rebus
Garam, merica, bawang putih, cabai, ikuti selera Anda.
1/2 cangkir keju mozzarella parut untuk isian
1 - 2 cangkir keju mozzarella parut untuk topping

1-1 / 2 TL aktive Trockenhefe
1 TL Zucker
125 ml (1/2 Tasse) warmes Wasser
250 g (2 Tassen) Weizenmehl oder Brotmehl
1 TL Salz + 1 TL Knoblauchpulver
3 EL Olivenöl / Pflanzenöl
2 mittelgroße Kartoffeln, gekocht.
Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch, Chili, folgen Sie Ihrem Geschmack.
1/2 Tasse geriebener Mozzarella für die Füllung
1 - 2 Tassen geriebener Mozzarella zum Belag
