Rules:
-Picks must come later in the draft (out of top 5). Exceptions came in 1980, 1991, and 1995, when the draft was mostly empty.
-Several significantly worse picks above the Steal (bad players, not unlucky/injured players like Oden)
-Longevity of career for the steal is very important. They can’t be good for just 3-4 years. Exception is, of course, the past few drafts because we don't know just yet.
-Player made significant impact relatively early, including playoffs appearances or starting on their new teams, winning accolades, being great at their role (defense/shooting/etc).

Who do you predict will be the biggest draft steals in the past 6 years and moving forward, including for the upcoming 2018-2019 season?

Correction: I wrote the Lakers drafted Kyle Kuzma at the end, but he was actually drafted by the Brooklyn Nets and then traded.
