This is how I removed the blower wheel for my MRCOOL mini split for cleaning. MRCOOL has a great video demonstrating how to take apart the indoor unit (watch that one first, and check out the comments section)    • How to Replace a MRCOOL Ductless Mini...   but it's outdated for some of their newer models. Specifically, the instructions for removing the blower wheel aren't correct now. I purchased this 18K DIY model in July 2020. MRCOOL, please give us better maintenance instructions and make it easier to remove the blower wheel for regular cleaning!!

To get the louver off (the long white thing that aims the air stream): First unhook the middle tabs one at a time. The louver itself will flex a bit, and the gray piece that receives it will flex in the opposite direction a bit. Then you can unhook the end of the louver away from the motor. You do this by very slightly flexing the entire louver.

To get the blower wheel (fan) out after you loosen the set screw, you basically have to unscrew and loosen the left side of the refrigerant coil. Then lift the left side of the refrigerant coil just enough until you have enough clearance to remove the left side of the blower wheel. The left side the blower wheel has some plastic bracket that needs to be lifted up and out. These videos help too:

The official video for replacing the motor. Not helpful for removing the blower wheel (fan), but it helps understand how it all goes together.

Here's a good video showing how to remove it, but it's a different brand and this one removes at a different angle.

In this video, the blower wheel removes very similarly to the Mr Cool. It slides to the left and a little bit upwards.
