Baking Cookies with Vegan Egg Substitutes

In this video, I explore how egg substitutes perform when baking cookies. I use my cookie dough base from my chocolate chip cookie recipe. I chose to cook with 6 different substitutes; tofu, vegan yoghurt, applesauce, ground chia seeds, Pano Riso and Bob’s Red Mill.
