Radhika Gupta is considered one of the biggest success stories of the Indian corporate world. She's currently serving as the CEO at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited.

After an Ivy League education at Wharton, Radhika began her career with a portfolio management firm that she co-founded with her husband. Eventually, that firm was bought by Edelweiss. At Edelweiss, she managed their Global Asset as a business head of multi-strategy funds and was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the team’s investment & distribution platforms. She is India’s only female head of a major asset manager and has set up the country's first domestic hedge fund.

The daughter of a diplomat, Radhika was born in Pakistan and has lived in Nigeria, the USA & Italy as well.
