Ingredients:
For dough:
120g (1/2 cup) softened butter
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
2 eggs
240g (1.5 cups) flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
60ml (4 tbsp) milk
Baking tin 18x28cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 20 minutes

For cheese mixture:
400g (1.8 cups) cream cheese
16g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
120g (0.6 cup) sugar

For jam:
300g (2 cups) mixed berries and cherries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
50ml (1/5 cup) water

For sprinkles:
60g (3 tbsp) soft butter
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
120g (3/4 cup) flour
Bake at 160℃ (320℉) for another 50 minutes
