Homemade Hamburger Helper
1.5 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups chicken or beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups Campanelle pasta
1-2 cup shredded cheese
Season to taste
