A 19-year-old - with no professional military training or experience - signed up to join Ukraine’s Foreign Legion, leaving before his family woke up one morning. He survived just over a week before returning to the UK after getting caught up in the airstrikes on the Yavoriv base where he was unarmed. He joins us alongside his mum for an exclusive interview to implore other wannabe fighters from going to Ukraine.
