To make sure you are spending your time and attention wisely, you need to block out time daily to ask yourself these two questions:

What leads in my funnel are 1-2 steps away from signing a listing agreement, writing an offer, or removing all contingencies? What action can you take to make those steps happen?

Sometimes all you need to do is remind or encourage your Buyer or Seller to take the action they need to complete. There are other times when it's you who needs to do something. When you play an active and consistent role in your Buyers and Sellers journey, you’ll close more deals. When you drop the ball, you are giving other agents an opening.
