War in the Middle East casts a shadow over the American election. In a town hall last night, Democratic candidate Kamala Harris said, "Far too many Palestinian civilians have been killed," while calling for renewed efforts towards a two-state solution. Vice President Harris also referred to warnings from former officials about Trump's proclivities as "a 911 call to the American people." Gordon Sondland was Donald Trump's ambassador to the E.U. After the January 6 insurrection, Sondland said his support for Trump was "off the table." Now, he says he'll vote for Trump. He joins Christiane to discuss what brought about this change of course.
