When most people think of Winter Squash, they normally don't think of salad. This winter squash salad is so incredibly delicious and easy to make, that it is in my must make recommendation for you guys. It is easy enough and delicious and healthy enough that I give it a 10 as far as a recommendation for you guys to make this.
