Can't Publish or Save changes to your YouTube video, then watch this video!

If you're trying publish a video on YouTube, but you get the error saying "We had trouble saving your video, retrying in 5 seconds." and then after a few tries the message "Sorry, we were not able to save your video.". You could also get the same error after making some changes to your existing video on YouTube. This error could happen in any browser (chrome, edge, Firefox, opera, brave, etc.) or any device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.)!

I've also noticed that YouTube sometimes allows " (double quotation mark) in the tags! There could be any other symbol that YouTube doesn't like in the tags, if you have found any other symbols or parts of the video metadata that could cause this error, please mention it in the comments?

Apply the same fix whether you Publish or Save! So, the problem seems to be the " (double quotation mark) rather than the /. YouTube error doesn't mention that you can't use " in the tags, that made it very difficult to pinpoint this bug!
