At the Conservative Political Action Conference, former advisor to Donald Trump and far-right ideologue Steve Bannon made what looked like a Nazi salute at the end of his speech. Billionaire and top Trump aid Elon Musk performed a similar gesture at Donald Trump's inauguration day a month earlier, on January 20.

The annual Conservative in Washington brings together many of the world's most conservative right and far-right figures. France's Jordan Bardella, president of the far-right Rassemblement National, canceled his appearance at the conference on Friday following Bannon's gesture.
