July 2023 we took a trip with our family friends (Irwin’s / Jackson’s / Reagan). We flew into Phoenix and stopped by the Grand Canyon on the way to Page Arizona. We took a noon trip to see the Upper Antelope Canyon, guided by the Navajo Indians. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, they herd you through there like abunch of sheep. Then we saw Horseshoe Bend which was magnificent. It’s located downstream of Lake Powell and upstream of the Grand Canyon. Then we rented a 60ft, 4 bedroom house boat from Wahweap Marina for 5 days. We also rented a powerboat which is a must! The power boat was especially useful for finding our cove, getting to Rainbow Bridge, and of course wearing the minions out.
