Goodbye Sjogren's & CIRS! RESULTS: 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group
Ellen joined our 6 Week Rapid Recovery Group with a diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome and CIRS (Chronic inflammatory response syndrome) which caused her to feel tired and unwell. She had pain and found herself unable to recover from exertion or exercise. She also had sleep issues. By midway through the group her pain was gone, sleep was great, and she felt so good she started playing pickleball, Before the group ended, she won silver in a pickleball tournament! She literally went from barely able to move to winning a medal in a sport!
