Ingredients needed for the meal.
1 tea glass of warm water, 90 ml.
1 tea glass of yoghurt, 90 ml.
1 tablespoon of sugar, 16 grams.
1 teaspoon of dry yeast, 5 grams.
1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil, 45 ml.
1 teaspoon of salt, 8 grams
4 cups of wheat flour, 480 grams.
1 fresh pepper.
1 red pepper.
6-7 fresh onions.
2 small tomatoes.
All the cheddar cheese I use is 150 grams.
Let's bake it in the oven at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes.
