Authorities in Chester County, Pennsylvania have made an arrest in connection with a fatal stabbing of a student inside a Lincoln University dormitory.

The Chester County District Attorney's Office and Lincoln University Police Department announced Thursday the arrest of 39-year-old Nydira Smith of Philadelphia.

Officials said Smith is the sister of a Lincoln University student who was involved in the fight.
