In this video I share some EASY & DELICIOUS Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies! These make a fantastic Valentine's treat. They are definitely a favorite in my house. I hope that you try them! :) Recipe below.

Brownie batter...
1/2 cup/1 stick melted unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt

Cheesecake batter...
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
