Born in 1991, Artur Loginov made his way to Marbella with his family, at the age of 5, and found his calling in the real estate market. Hired by Sergey Sinichkin - the founder of Drumelia - at the tender age of 18, he set about learning the business from the ground up.

Artur’s remarkable ascent to top Real Estate Agent in Spain for 3 years running at the International Property Awards was steady, if far from smooth, with countless challenges shaping him.

Braving a fragile real estate market right after the global economic crash of 2008, Artur distinguished himself by knowing Marbella and its properties back to front. Many long nights and increasingly complicated deals later, Artur was appointed Sales Director of Drumelia in 2015. Feeling he needed a stronger theoretical framework, Artur completed an MBA in 2020, the same year he became CEO and co/owner of Drumelia. Only to face his biggest challenge yet: Covid.

With a property market on the brink of collapse, Drumelia soldiered on, and with an enhanced marketing efforts, notably on YouTube, Instagram and Drumelia’s award-winning website, turned the tide.

In parallel, Artur established himself as a project manager, helping to build 10 houses for clients. He also opened a construction company, along with Sergey Sinichkin, building five homes, and co/developed his own villa that sold for €2.5M. At this point, Artur reached a crossroads... Rediscovering his passion for salesmanship, and ignited by a fresh passion for management, he decided to solely focus on sales and management, building Drumelia into what it is today:

An international real estate firm that offers global service. Ably aided by 45 team members speaking at least 15 languages.

Which to Artur still only feels like the beginning!
