Hi friends, today I want to share the self care tools I use to get myself out of a rut. I am all too familiar with that "rut" state, and I know just how difficult it can be to "get out". Over the years I've found a handful of reliable strategies and tools that always help me find a sense of relief, have helped me manage anxiety and depression, and get me feeling better about myself. That's exactly what I'm sharing today in this video.
