1 cup Panko
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
・Pantry Demi-grace Sauce
5 tablespoons Tonkatsu sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup water (or chicken broth)

1 package Shimeji mushroom
