The military congratulated the veterans of the Second World War who, because of their health, could not participate in the celebration of Victory Day on Kuybyshev Square In Samara.

Zinoviy Khaikin is 93 years old. He came to the front at the age of 16, was wounded twice, awarded many orders and medals.
