This was a fun way to start. KInda homemade smoked beef jerky on my Traeger Ironwood XL pellet grill. We used a Peppered Flavor Pit Boss Jerky Kit to start and the results we fantastic. Cant wait to try a true homemade smoked beef jerky next.
